Nepar Rashtra Bank (NRB) and Cooperative Division supervises and monitors all MFIs in the country. Increasing number of SACCOs in Kathmandu alone has reached 3,000. Deprived sector fund is not mobilized while some financial institutions are willing to pay fines rather than make use of it.
